Kevin Sheridan takes over presidency Kevin Sheridan of CIOB Ireland was elected new president of the AEEBC at the 36th General Assembly of AEEBC.
 Picture: Trevor Mole (Secretary General), Kevin Sheridan (President); Jacob Ravn Thomsen (Vice President) Kevin Sheridan takes over from Professor Trevor Mole who steps down after 9 years as President of the AEEBC to take over as Secretary General.
Retiring Secretary General Francis Wargnies was presented with a water colour by Manchester Artist Christine Lawley by Trevor Mole who thanked Francis for his long and distinguished contribution to the development of the AEEBC, serving both as President and Secretary General over several years.
 Incoming President Kevin Sheridan thanked both Trevor Mole and Francis Wargnies for their leadership over the last 9 years which had helped to make the AEEBC one of the most active European Associations in the Construction and Property Sector. Incoming Vice President Jacob Ravn Thomsen from the Danish organisation Konstruktørforeningen said how delighted he was at being elected and looked forward to working with his colleagues in the future.
