The AEEBC General Assembly usually meets twice a year in a different member's Country across Europe. The meetings usually include a seminar on a topical issue, the General Assembly and various working groups. Between the meetings work is generally carried out by e-mail, teleconferencing.

The next meeting of the AEEBC General Assembly will be at The Athens Gate Hotel, Athens, Greece. The programme is:
Thursday 13th November - Professional Development Committee & Pathology Working Group and Site visit to Hadrian's Gate.
Friday 14th November - General Assembly Meeting and site visit to the Acropoils and the Parthenon; in the evening the AEEBC Dinner.
Saturday 15th November - General Assembly (closed session).
